Cocció's Story
I'm Vallari, an artist, baker, photographer and.....basically, I love to create!
Cocció is my baby, which I started after moving back to India from UK after a few years.
The story goes thus; my family loved a cake I baked once and suggested I do it professionally.
Thus, this being the one and only advice taken in the right spirit, I gave up my other jobs to start Cocció. I have been baking professionally since 2012.
I am a self-taught baker and decorator. I just love to tell stories and create edible drama through cakes.
